FYOR.IN offers a simple and easy 10-days return policy to our guests. You can conveniently return or exchange any item within 10 calendar days from the date of delivery, only on regular priced items only.
No Return, No Refund, No Exchange on sale / discounted items.
Please do not accept any order if seal is broken/unsealed at the time of delivery.
All returned merchandise should be unused, undamaged and returned with all original packaging and tags that they were shipped with. Items without tags will not be accepted.
All regular prices items purchased from FYOR.IN can be returned for a full refund within 10 calendar days from the date of delivery (as recorded by the shipping provider)
The customer can choose to get the entire cash refund as a bank transfer into their account, or in the form of a Wallet Credit in their FYOR.IN account.
Once we receive the returned products, a quality check will be performed on the items by our quality team. This is subject to the return having met the following requirements:
- The items should be unused.
- The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
- They should be returned within 10 calendar days from the delivery date.
- In case you receive a damaged/defective, FYOR.IN should be notified within 24 hours of receipt. We may request you to share snap shot at email@example.com
- If you choose to self-ship the products, they should be dispatched within 48 hours after the return request is raised.
Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
A notification with the status of the return will be sent to the customer within 48-72 working hours from the date of receiving the items.
In case of orders where reverse pick-up may not apply, customers can self-ship the items to FYOR.IN. In this case, an amount of Rs. 100 will be reimbursed in the customer's account towards shipping costs in the form of a wallet credit. This will be done post the quality check of all the received items.

Online Return / Exchange
You can return or exchange an item online at FYOR.IN by following the below steps.
- Log in to the 'My Account' section at FYOR.IN
- Choose the order that needs modification.
- Select the product to return or exchange and fill in the required information.

To process a return or exchange successfully, please re-pack the items to be returned with all the original packaging & tags that they were shipped with. Make sure that the Return Form* is completely filled and dropped inside the packet.
*Return Form is an easy-to-fill form that allows you to return the received shipment to FYOR.IN.

The customer can choose to get their refund in the following ways:
- Cash refund via bank transfer into their account. Refunds back to Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking or Bank Accounts (NEFT) are fully refunded within 3-5 days after we receive and process your return.
- A Wallet Credit of the refund value in your FYOR.IN account, which can be redeemed against any purchase on FYOR.IN. You may check the issued Wallet Credit under the ‘My Wallet’ section, by clicking on ‘My Account’ on FYOR.IN
